The Nexus 21 Full Replacement Warranty

How the Warranty Works :

  • If you experience any problem with the lift system, call Nexus 21 Tech Support toll free, at (866) 500-5438.
  • One of our experts will take time to step you through the reset process and help identify the problem.
  • You probably won't need a replacement component, but if you do, it is easy to exchange. Our systems are specifically engineered to be simple, and most of the components can be traded out by simply unplugging them from the control box and plugging in a new one. Replacements of the main lift component have been extremely rare - our service logs indicate that only about 2 of every 1,000 Nexus 21 lifts has needed to be replaced (and it's usually because of shipping damage, not manufacturing defects).
  • If you do need a new component, we will immediately send it to you, along with a UPS return-shipping label and a package for the old part. The return label is charged to Nexus 21, so you will not pay any shipping.
  • It's that easy.

The Details :

Nexus 21 warrants all its TV lift systems to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase by the consumer purchaser ("consumer purchaser" refers to the purchaser who will actually use the product, not the dealer, so no matter when the dealer buys the product from Nexus 21, the warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase by the end-user, who is the "consumer purchaser"). The warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser (meaning that if the original end-user consumer purchaser re-sells the lift system to another end-user who never met Nexus 21 or its dealers, the warranty will no longer be valid). The warranty includes ALL PARTS, motorized components, electronics, metal, etc.

If a Nexus 21 product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Nexus 21 will replace the product. If the exact original purchase product is not available (due to upgraded designs, etc), the defective product will be replaced with a similar product of equal or lesser value. The replacement unit will then be covered by the balance of the time remaining on the customer's original warranty.

The Nexus 21 TV Lift Warranty does not cover: any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed; damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, power surges, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, failure to follow instructions supplied with the Nexus 21 product, repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Nexus 21, causes external to the product such as electric power fluctuations or failure, use of supplies or parts not meeting Nexus 21 specifications, or any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
