Chase is made of birch plywood and solids. Our mottled brown wood finish is complimented by softened square edged trim and tapered feet. Faux doors/drawer fronts increase the appeal of this design, but are only trim, they do not open. Built to order in the USA, Chase is hand-crafted and hand-finished on all sides, comes to you with the Nexus 21 TV Lift System installed and includes the 5-Year TV Lift Warranty. The cabinet's top center panel rises/lowers with your TV.

One of the biggest advantages of the Nexus 21 Cabinets is that they all include a genuine Nexus 21 TV Lift System, which is absolutely the highest quality TV Lift product available in the industry. It is near-silent, and is designed for durability and long life. It is so reliable, in fact, that it is covered by the longest and most exclusive warranty in the industry – 5 YEARS of FULL REPLACEMENT coverage (details below). The wood cabinet has 2 years of warranty coverage.

With most of the other TV Lift Furniture you will see online, both the furniture AND the lifting equipment are made in China, and are not rated for more than a year of warranty coverage. All Nexus 21 cabinets AND lifting systems are manufactured here in the USA, which allows us to maintain much higher levels of quality control.

How the Warranty Works:

Our Lift Systems are so reliable that you will probably never have to use the warranty, but if you ever do, it's a no-hassle deal:

  • If you experience any problem with the lift system, call Nexus 21 Tech Support toll free, at (866) 500-5438.
  • One of our experts will take time to step you through the reset process and help identify the problem.
  • You probably won't need a replacement component, but if you do, it is easy to exchange. Our systems are specifically engineered to be simple, and most of the components can be traded out by simply unplugging them from the control box and plugging in a new one. Replacements of the main lift component have been extremely rare - our service logs indicate that only about 2 of every 1,000 Nexus 21 lifts has needed to be replaced (and it's usually because of shipping damage, not manufacturing defects).
  • If you do need a new component, we will immediately send it to you, along with a UPS return-shipping label and a package for the old part. The return label is charged to Nexus 21, so you will not pay any shipping.
  • It's that easy.

The Details:

Nexus 21 warrants all its TV lift systems to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase by the consumer purchaser ("consumer purchaser" refers to the purchaser who will actually use the product, not the dealer, so no matter when the dealer buys the product from Nexus 21, the warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase by the end-user, who is the "consumer purchaser"). The warranty is valid only for the first consumer purchaser (meaning that if the original end-user consumer purchaser re-sells the lift system to another end-user who never met Nexus 21 or its dealers, the warranty will no longer be valid). The warranty includes ALL PARTS, motorized components, electronics, metal, etc.

If a Nexus 21 product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Nexus 21 will replace the product. If the exact original purchase product is not available (due to upgraded designs, etc), the defective product will be replaced with a similar product of equal or lesser value. The replacement unit will then be covered by the balance of the time remaining on the customer's original warranty.

The Nexus 21 TV Lift Warranty does not cover: any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed; damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, power surges, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, failure to follow instructions supplied with the Nexus 21 product, repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Nexus 21, causes external to the product such as electric power fluctuations or failure, use of supplies or parts not meeting Nexus 21 specifications, or any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.

 

How Will Your New Cabinet be Sent to You?

DeliveryEvery Nexus 21 TV Lift Cabinet is carefully inspected and professionally packaged so it will arrive to you in perfect condition. Just plug it in, add your TV, and enjoy!

The delivery will be made to your home by a professional trucking company, and you will be called in advance so you know what day it will arrive.

You can choose from 2 delivery methods: “White Glove” and “Threshold”.

White Glove Delivery Service

  • Two-man delivery team
  • Precision Scheduling
  • Placement of the product inside the home, in whatever room you choose
  • Unwrapping of the cabinet
  • Upon request: Removal of all packing material from your home

Threshold Delivery Service

  • One-man delivery staff, with hand-truck
  • Precision Scheduling
  • Equipment to safely lower product from the truck to the ground
  • Product will be left at closest accessible point to your threshold (front door).
  • "Closest accessible point" means any location nearest recipient’s threshold that will not require lifting without an additional person. Although not guaranteed, if recipient requests delivery of the unit through the threshold, it may be done at driver's discretion.
  • Product will be left in a location that allows for protection from the elements and assists in theft prevention of the product.
