This is a great example of how to modify a cabinet to include some room at the back for a hidden TV. As you can see, Dave was able to fit the lifting system and the flat panel TV in behind the storage compartments of this cherry wood cabinet, and then floated the lid piece up with the TV. An 1/8" thick sheet of bookcase-backer material with printed wood grain made the perfect divider/camouflage cover. The finished product looks great!
