TV Lift by Window in a Custom Cabinet

We agree - this is a great cabinet. It was designed well and provides the user with lots of extra room for components, DVD's, etc. This Pop Up cabinet is a great space saver also - the client was able to place the TV in the best viewing position, which happens to be RIGHT IN FRONT of the window. Normally this would be a bad idea because the TV would always be blocking the window view. But NOT IN THIS CASE! The lifting system allows the TV to raise up when needed and then hide away when not in use. It even allows the homeowner to leave the little knickknacks on top of the cabinet lid because they just float up and down with the TV and the lid piece. Nice job

I thought you might be interested in the first photos of the cabinetry that Erik Johnson built for us, using your lift system. We are thrilled with the finished results and would appreciate any comments you might have. It has been equipped with a Harmony remote for all inside functions, and the doors do not have to be opened to perform any function, except to put in a new cd or DVD! It also has inside storage, with 3 drawers to contain cds, DVDs or anything else you might want to store, plus the cable box, blue ray DVD combo cd player, etc. We expect TREEHOUSE WOODS to be building more of these and we thank you and your staff who originally assisted me in getting the ball rolling.
