Nexus 21 technical specialists are just a phone call away at our facility in Arizona and we are happy to help. If trouble-shooting by phone does not fix the problem we will provide replacement parts or modules right away, at no charge to you.
Hours for support calls are:
Monday through Thursday 7am to 4pm, PST and Friday 7am to 3pm, PST
