Nexus 21 TAA Compliant Statement

TAA refers to the Trade Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. & 2501-2581).

TAA requires that the U.S. Government acquire products that are produced or undergo a “substantial transformation” within the United States or a designated country.

The purpose of the TAA is to ensure that U.S. taxpayer dollars are spent on goods made, or substantially transformed, in the USA or trade agreement partner nations and other nations that meet specific economic standards.

Nexus 21’s products are designed, manufactured, assembled, tested, and supported in the United States from US and international components. We are confident our lift systems meet and exceed the TAA standards outlined above.
