Return Policy

During the first 30 days:

You may return a Nexus 21 lift mechanism for any reason within 30 days of the date you receive it, and you will receive a full refund. In order to receive the full refund, the following conditions apply:

  • You must call Nexus 21 to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION form. This form must be included with the return shipment so we can properly process the return and the refund. If the form is not present in the returned package, a refund may not be issued.
  • The product must be unused and complete. There must be no visible scratches or marks from assembly.
  • You MUST use the original packaging to send the product back to us, so it is not damaged in shipping.
  • We do not accept returns of TV Lift Cabinets. Please see note below*.

Please do not send the lift back in any other packaging, as it WILL BE damaged when it arrives here, and we will not be able to issue you a refund. If you do not have the original packaging, call Nexus 21 Customer Service at 1-800-293-5067. We can ship you a new set of packaging materials, and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • You are responsible for the shipping charges to send the product back to us.

If all of these conditions are met, we will process a refund back to you in the same form of payment you used when you made the original purchase. You will receive 100% of what you paid, except for the original shipping charges, which will not be refunded. Please allow 2 weeks from the date we receive the product for your refund to be processed.

After the first 30 days:

We typically do not take returns after 30 days, but we also understand that sometimes things happen that can change a project later in the process. If this is your situation, and you wish to request a return after 30 days of ownership, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns made after 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • You must call Nexus 21 to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION form. This form must be included with the return shipment so we can properly process the return and the refund. If the form is not present in the returned package, a refund may not be issued.
  • The product must be unused and complete. There must be no visible scratches or marks from assembly.
  • If the product has been unpacked and installed, and has visible signs of use and/or wear, the cost of the worn parts will be deducted from your refund.
  • You MUST use the original packaging to send the product back to us, so it is not damaged in shipping.
  • We do not accept returns of TV Lift Cabinets. Please see note below*.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.

Please do not send it back in any other packaging, as the lift WILL BE damaged when it arrives here, and we will not be able to issue you a refund. If you do not have the original packaging, call Nexus 21 Customer Service at 1-800-293-5067. We can ship you a new set of packaging, and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

If all of these conditions are met, we will process a refund back to your credit card. You will receive 75% of what you paid, except for the original shipping charges, which will not be refunded. As stated above, if any parts of the product have visible wear or damage, the cost of those parts will also be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow 2 weeks from the date we receive the product for your refund to be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: This Return Policy applies to TV lift mechanisms only. When ordering a TV Lift Cabinet, please be sure of the style, size and color BEFORE you order because we DO NOT accept returns of TV Lift Cabinets, or of any product that we have customized or special-built at the client’s request.
