Alex Blanton, Operations Manager at 46Solutions in Lexington, Kentucky, won for his innovative installation of a Nexus 21 storage lift inside of a whiskey barrel.

“When Nexus 21 announced their #NexusBest22 contest for this year, I thought about being in bourbon country and thought about a barrel,” Alex said. The 46Solutions barrel packs an incredible combination of both a sleek design and convenience that’s sure to impress. With the motivation to create something innovative, Alex and his team designed a unique whiskey barrel lift utilizing our AL-125 storage lift. Commonly used as a kitchen lift to store coffee bars and kitchen appliances, the pop-up storage lift quickly reveals and conceals both glassware and Kentucky’s finest bourbon.
