Extended 10 Year Warranty

To be announced at CEDIA Expo 2015
Nexus 21 DOUBLES its Lift System Warranty to 10 Years
Coverage is retroactive to every Nexus 21 lift system ever sold.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz (Oct. 5, 2015) Nexus 21, a global leader in home and commercial lift systems, is doubling its comprehensive five-year lift system warranty to an industry-leading 10 years of coverage. Additionally Nexus 21 will make the 10-year warranty retroactive to every lift system the company has ever sold. The announcement will be made during CEDIA ’15.

“We’re doing this because we can,” said Nexus 21 president Cory Lovett. “We have tens of thousands of lift systems in the field, deployed in every manner imaginable…and virtually every one of them is still functioning today,” Mr. Lovett said. “No one can touch our track record.”

“From day one, we committed ourselves to the idea that every product we made had to be exceptional. We work hard to have a positive impact on the industry, and this warranty is another way we demonstrate that. Anyone can say they are good, but no one can argue with results.”

“This is the same no-fine-print warranty we have always offered and prominently display on our website – just extended to 10 years,” Mr. Lovett noted. Excluding outside events, the warranty provides full replacement at no cost. There is no proration. Replacement units ship freight free and without the delay of waiting for the original system to be returned.

For systems already installed, the 10-year warranty is dated the day the system was originally shipped, such that a system sold six years ago, now has four years of remaining warranty coverage.

“Our mission at Nexus is to provide the world with the most reliable lift products ever made, along with luxury-grade customer service.” said Mr. Lovett. “This warranty extension, unparalleled in the industry, is a reflection of that mission.”

The 10-year warranty announcement is just a part of Nexus 21’s CEDIA ’15 activities. From the company’s booth #6229, Nexus 21 will also be debuting its lift-activated Speakeasy Poker Table and the CL-65, a first-of-its kind flip-down ceiling mount.
